We Are Here For YOU

Our Care Team is dedicated to fostering an environment that is conducive to your specific needs. We specialize in trauma, anxiety and depression counseling in an outpatient setting, for adolescents and adults, wanting to improve self-esteem and negative perfectionism, relationships, and to heal from traumatic experiences.

Anxious thoughts can cause us to doubt ourselves and the people we want to trust. Navigating any relationship can create immense stress and anxiety. Life experiences may bring us pain, cause us to question our world, and create obstacles that feel overwhelming and overpowering.

Together, we will come to a greater understanding of your inner struggles and needs and develop tools you can use on your journey toward healing and growth.

We are empathetic, genuine, and nonjudgmental. We seek to provide a supportive, safe atmosphere where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and experiences.

You deserve to feel heard, to feel valued, to find inner peace and self-acceptance, and to create a life that brings you happiness and meaning.

We believe our unique approach to therapy, using an experiential model, will facilitate an ease in the flow of thought and conversation, that will allow our clients to process both past and present negative experiences and behaviors, which traditional talk therapy may not provide. This serves to clear out maladaptive thoughts attached to past traumas, which helps our clients live with more adaptive thinking and behaviors. Our main goal is to offer you a safe space to explore your emotions and to guide you in creating a strategy toward your healing and overall well-being.

Our clients have had great success in questioning negative thoughts and understanding the source of specific emotions and behavioral patterns. With the use of evidence-based tools and a better approach to situations, we can assist you in having a brighter outlook on any issues that life brings your way.

We prioritize client relationships, and ongoing education in order to provide more personalized and progressive care. Put more simply: We give you more time and attention — and focus on the therapy techniques that help you the most.

Just give us a call or text at 719-285-7466, or send us an email through our contact form to schedule an appointment.

Traditional Talk Therapy

We know that experiential counseling may not be a fit for everyone. With this in mind, we also offer traditional Talk Therapy for those who wish to take a more conventional approach.

Empty Chairs

Group Therapy

It takes courage to open up and be vulnerable; especially in front of other people. Often those within our groups experience a level of solidarity that is not possible in an individual setting. In Group Therapy, having others around you, who are also there for support, can contribute extensively to your own healing and well-being.

Happy Family Portrait

Family Therapy

Our family relationships are some of the most important bonds we can create in our lives. Improving your self-awareness and your outlook of troubling situations are just two of the ways in which Family Therapy can dramatically change your life. We are here to help you break down any barriers to communication and navigate a path forward.

Couple's Therapy

You remember being in love. When it just felt right... just the two of you conquering the world! But lately, you’re disconnected, and it’s been so long since you’ve felt that way about each other.  We can help you both grow closer together and learn how to communicate effectively; where both of you feel heard by the other.

Clay Art Therapy

Within the realm of art therapy, clay has been seen to awaken creativity, foster socialization, reduce negative mood and anxiety, and aid in healing from trauma. The experience one can have by working with clay is unlike any other form of art therapy.

Equine-Assisted Therapy

This is Dually! He is a tall and handsome 18-year-old quarter horse, who is as sweet as he is big. Dually has a natural therapeutic personality and is experienced in making people feel safe. He helps clients make breakthroughs that cannot be accomplished through traditional therapy. Dually is named for his large size; just like a dually truck!
